The University of Minnesota-Duluth Bulldogs face a tough challenge this
weekend when they hit the road a few men short.  Umd will be traveling to
St.Cloud to face the "TOUGH AT HOME" Huskies with many
injuries...First-line Brad Fredrenko with a knee injury, Greg Hanson with
a back muscle problem, Jason Garatti with an ankle sprain, Sergei Ptrov
with a fractured wrist, Joe Tamminen with a broken ankle, and Marc
Christian who is red-shirted with a knee injury. Chet culic will replace
Federenko with Marrinuci--the WCHA SCORING title winner and center Chris
Sittlow. UMD is coming off its 10th consecutive weekend split headed into
the playoffs....But as the cliche goes "IT'S A WHOLE NEW SEASON"
