Hi all,
Tonight, the Michigan Tech Huskies played to a 7-1 victory over the
Denver Pioneers. I'm sure Bob and Walt will send info on the scoring and play
of the game, but what I'm really interested in is the reputation of a player
from Denver. With 1 second left in the game and the face-off just outside of
the Huskies zone, every player on the Denver team except for one skated to the
bench as the linesman set the puck down and signaled to start the clock. The
player from Denver who didn't skate to the bench was Smith (frist name unsure.)
Anyhow, the faceoff was across from the Denver bench, and I happened to see
Smith take a vicious overhand slash over the glass directed at one of the fans
in the student section. I'm just wondering if he's done anything like this in
the past. A note, no penalties were called against him, however I'm sure at
least one of the officials had to see it since they were all standing there.
kup <;)
GO HUSKIES!!!!!
