I've learned from Maine Campus sports editor Chad Finn that it looks
like Paul Kariya has indeed played his last collegiate game.
 
Recently Kariya's uniform and gear - sticks and all - were removed
from the Black Bear locker room. And if that's not a sign, his lock-
er name plate has been removed.
 
The Monday after Kariya's last game, against New Hampshire in Port-
land, Maine, The Maine Campus pusblished a picture in which a teary-
eyed and obviously upset Kariya is being consoled by then-interim
head coach Grant Standbrook.
