I like Wayne's comments.
 
There are at least 3 individuals on each campus that should be able to
(answer, help, promote) understanding of the NCAA and that should bring
most of the perspectives together - they are 1) the faculty representative,
) the Athletic Director and 3) the President.  Of course the coaches of
each sport will also have opinions, too.  Just to say, that there ought to
be some avenues of approach, understanding, and corrective action available
to any of us that are near the campus.
