A couple months back BC was in the news regarding a few players, alcohol and a crash involving the MBTA.  Tonight I heard that the MBTA has quietly suspended their trolley driver and won't be pressing charges against the students.  The student driving was not drunk as she was the designated driver but there have been some charges against her.  BC isn't happy since the MBTA was so vocal at the time of the accident about BC students and hockey players being involved.  Now the MBTA  isn't as vocal when they realize their employee was going over 25 mph too fast.

Since I reported about this when the accident happened I thought I should give a follow-up as well.
