ShuttleFare.com, aka SuperShuttle, if you believe their web site, appears to
take a reservation and has a phone number listed on their web page.  I've
been reluctant so far to use the web page registration, since no "known"
pages I've found reference them.  If anyone wants to give them a call, the

877.300.4VAN (4826)I've used SuperShuttle in other cities, but don't know
how real this web site is.
