This hotel is 1 block north of the Verizon Center. Also 1 block from the
Gallery Place Metro Stop. 1 Block to the Phrozen Phour party as well.

You do NOT need a car (unless you want one) in DC, even from the airports.
You can fly into National, Dulles or BWI and get here by public
transportation.

For those of you coming in from the northeast, consider Amtrak as Union
Station is really close to your hotel. For those coming from mid-western
cities like Columbus, Chicago, Detroit, Indy, Cleveland or Pittsburgh, check
BWI for best fares as southwest airlines flies that route directly. Many
other airlines match southwest's fares to either BWI or Dulles.

For those coming from California, consider Jet Blue out of Oakland or Long
Beach as it's a direct flight with great seats, TV and they've got a red eye
to WDC.

Email either Mary Beth or myself if you need ANYTHING regarding your Phrozen
Phour 2009 trip. We can help you schedule tours if you need them set up
(e.g. White House or Capitol). Smithsonian museums are free and within a
couple metro stop trip from your hotels.

Spy Museum (2 blocks) and Newseum (6 blocks) charge but they're definitely
well worth it.

Just over 100 Days to the 2009 Phrozen Phour in Washington, DC!
