I missed the original question(s), so here's my response to a variety of
possible questions.

NCAA D1 Allegiance:
University of Alabama in Huntsville because we've attended most of their
home games since the program was formed at the club level in 1979.
Club Allegiance:
University of Kentucky because I grew-up in Kentucky.
Conference Allegiance:
College Hockey America because it's UAH's conference and because
Commissioner R. H. "Bob" Peters is Phi Delta Theta brother.

I subscribed to HOCKEY-L and HOCKEY3 in 1995.
I "lurked" and ocassionally sent notes directly to other posters until 1998.
I made my first posts in 1998.
I set both lists to "Digest Mode" in 1999.
My last post was in 2000.
I use HOCKEY-L to allert me to major college hockey happenings; although I
turn to USCHO first for information and participate in the message board's
contiguous CHA threads, I seldom view the main message board.
