That would be a game *disqualification*, usually given for fighting and the
like.  A game *misconduct* is for the remainder of that game only.

Repeated DQ's in the same season also escalate, so for example if the
player gets a second DQ, he has to sit out the team's next two games; if he
gets a third, he sits three, and so forth.
