The Buffalo Sabres play the U.S. and Canadian national anthems at every
game regardless of the opponent.  I grew up in Buffalo and went to Cornell
and always assumed this was the "norm" for hockey until I moved to D.C.
and went to my first Capitals game.  I really missed the Canadian one!
