Just want y'all to know that it's Lexington KY he's referring to. :-)  The
team is a major affiliate of the San Jose Sharks and a secondary affiliate
of the NY Islanders.  It was one of the top franchises for the AHL
(attendance-wise) last year, a big surprise to many who think that all any
sports fan here thinks about is Kentucky men's basketball.
 
There are a number of former Div-1 college players who end up on the team.
Last year it had former Mich. Tech star goalie Jamie Ram as its goaltender
and he did very well until he was injured later in the season. He's coming
back this year, I believe, and has said that he likes Lexington very much.
