Gophers, Duluth hockey champs to visit White House
 Published May 15, 2002

The Gophers men's hockey team and the Minnesota Duluth
women's hockey team will be honored for their national
championships on May 21 by President Bush at the White House.
It is the second successive year that the UMD women have been
honored at the White House.

• The deadline to buy tickets for the Gophers hockey awards
 banquet is 4:30 p.m. today. The banquet will be Sunday at the Prom
Center in Oakdale. Tickets are $40. Call 612-625-2886.
