What the NHL wants from college hockey has an impact on perhaps 15% of all
the athletes who ever play there. I am a lot more interested in what the
other 85% want... an education, in many cases given scholarships, a free
one. :-)
Sure we want to see great talent come to the college game, but I think
structuring the college game around what the pros want is... well...
Missing the Point is as sweetly as I can put it... :-)
I really hafta get my oil checked... I can't stand always lining up in the
Hockey Conservative column... :-)
(Oh, by the way, I hate interlague play in baseball too; guess I'll never
get a job with TV... :-)
- Greg, evidentally now an Official old fogey, how disappointing...
