Hi All!  I'm back!!  Had an uneventful business trip but a great time
skiing in Vail - and I've got the sunburn to prove it!!
 
 
Anyways, while an automatic bid to a fifth conference might anger the
other conferences, it does have a precedent.  The college orange-ball
tourney guarentees a bid to each conference even though many don't (IMO)
deserve it.  To give a bid to the winner of the joe-schmoe conference in
the mid-west over the third or fourth place team in the Big East or the
ACC is ludicrous (IMO) but it's done.
 
Better for our sport to suffer growing pains than to not grow at all..
