Agreed. Everyone knows the rules, and in both cases, the rules were broken. But who is/are the "they"
to which you refer? Administrators don't make up the schedules or determine who plays and who sits.
The coaches do. In the cases you mention, the coaches, not the administration, screwed up. If the choice
in the Tory case was forfeiting three games or Walsh forfeiting his job for his "inability" to do it, I think
you'd change your tune.
