Tony mentioned the NC$$ scoring leader.  I'm not sure that the NC$$
officially recognized the UPSIDA leaders, but UPSIDA does have Derek
Plante with 92 points as the nation's leading scorer.  I *BELIEVE* that
games versus non-Div I U.S. opponents count in the standings (I'll try
to confirm that), but games versus non-U.S. teams are excluded.
 
The following is what I currently have.  I'm getting it set for my
Michigan publication, so you'll have to excuse the UM angle (i.e.
David Oliver being listed under power play goals, but those he's tied
with are not listed).
 
I'm not positive that the goalie save percentage is accurate.  Snow may
have led the nation with 92.4 -- I'll check into this as well.  The
inclusion of Army in the final standings in HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE.  I
think this Berube guy had 11 goals in 10 games (maybe 22 in 20?) --
some national leader!

NATIONAL STATISTICS
The national college hockey leaders are compiled by the Upper
Peninsula Sports Information Directors of America (UPSIDA).  Only
games versus NCAA four-year institutions are included in the
statistics.  Skaters must compete in a minimum of 75% of their
team's games and goaltenders 33% to qualify.  The stats below are
final for the 1992-93 season.
