St. Lawrence won a close one tonight at the Yale Whale. The score was
4-3. SLU's Anderson scored the winning goal with just 13 seconds
remaining in overtime. It was the first time the Saints had the lead.
Yale's Noe scored in the first (1:16). SLU tied it up in the second
(Marchetti) and then Yale went ahead again (sorry we didn't get the
name). At 15:01 of the second Fyfe scored to tie it up again. In the
third Yale's Stafford scored at 16:37 and then SLU tied it again around
18:00 (Fyfe) sending it into overtime. In the overtime with about 32
seconds left Yale was called for a penalty and SLU took advantage of the
power play.
Tomorrow night SLU is at Princeton and Clarkson visits the Whale. Sorry
but I didn't get any out of town scores.
