If Brian Waldo didn't tell anyone about the original injury, then the
responsibility is all his.  This is why I refused to point any fingers
in my initial post.  The statement I was responding to did seem to
indicate that they coaches did know, since they were supposedly
minimizing his play, but I don't know the accuracy of this.
 
Like Charlie Shub, my impression of the CC program has been very
favorable.  In this instance, though, I still maintain that if they knew
he was not fully recovered from a previous concussion, he shouldn't have
been put back on the ice.  In the larger picture, though, I'm afraid
that there are a lot of programs that would have failed to exercise that
responsibility.  It isn't really just CC at whom I'm aiming my comments.
