Someone ask what happened at the SLU-Clarkson game. Although I did not
attend, I did get some info off the St. Lawrence website
(http://www.stlawu.edu). (It is in the Sport releases.)

I will just give the high (low) lights from Wally Johnson's sport release.
I hope he doesn't mind. Comments in [] are mine.

Period 1
Chris Clark of Clarkson scored just 30 seconds into the game. [Early
goals by the opposition seem to be a trend in SLU games this season from what
I have seen.] assist to Ben Maidment
19:07 Matt Pagnutti (CU) goal - assist to Todd White
19:34 Mark McGrath (SLU) goal - assists to Ryan Cassidy and Dale
Clarke

Period 2
1:40 Jean Francois Houle (CU) goal
3:59 Clark (CU) goal assist to White
        7:46 Guillaume Besse (CU) goal
Clint Owen (SLU goalie) was pulled at this point for Jon Bracco
        12:05 Mike Bushaw (CU) goal
        12:52 Houle (CU) goal
15:03 Cassidy (SLU) goal assists to Thomas Cullen and McGrath
        17:52 Buddy Wallace (CU) goal

Period 3
Eric Heffler replaced Bracco
4:57 Cassidy (SLU) goal assists to Justin Harney and McGrath (PP)
Heffler stopped all 13 shots he faced

According to a quote from Joe Marsh (SLU coach) SLU played a decent 1st
period but didn't play well in the second.

SLU and Clarkson face Dartmouth and Vermont in the North Country this
weekend. SLU plays Vermont on Saturday in a game that will be televised on
Empire Sports Network and Prime TV. [Atleast the sports release says that
Prime TV is picking it up.]
