Ask and ye shall receive! Thanks to the BU home page, I got the stats from
those two games and have done the necessary calculations. "Without" means
excluding the two games against UML.

Herlofsky GP Min Svs GA GAA Save% Pers.R Sh/G W-L-T
Hockey East 12 669 194 35 3.14 .8472 881.39 20.54 6-2-3
HE without 10 582 168 23 2.37 .8796 912.40 19.69 6-2-2
Overall 18 1039 326 49 2.83 .8693 905.43 21.66 11-3-3
  "" without 16 952 300 37 2.33 .8902 925.61 21.24 11-3-2
Those 2 games 2 107 26 12 6.73 .6842 719.72 21.31 0-0-1

So, Derek Herlofsky's Conference P.R. goes up by 31 points if those two
games are taken away. Overall, his P.R. goes up 20 points without those
two games. For interest's sake, I added his "performance" in those two
disasters. FWIW, this also shows why win-loss record is totally
irrelevant for goalies, but that's another story.

I'm not sure what would happen if ther goalie's two worst performances were
taken away, but I think DaveH is right, that Herlofsky's two worst have
held him back.

See you later,
John
