Just a few comments to add.

I definitely felt as if Michigan had the upper hand in the game, even
though the scoreboard did not reflect it. No I'm not whining, I was
cheering for UIC, since I didn't have much reason to cheer for either
team (just wanted to see college hockey) I went with the underdog.

It was great to be able to sit so close to the ice, I'm used to
sitting in the upper deck from my days at Wisconsin because the rink
side seats there are terrible, unless you are right at the glass.

Did anyone else get the feeling that during the OT power play it
looked as if UIC was playing for the tie? Maybe Michigan just turned
their penalty kill up a notch, but to me it seemed as if the D was
hanging back in the defensive zone and playing keep away instead of
starting a rush up the ice.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to hook up with the other HOCKEY-Lers who
were at the game. Maybe another time.
