Scope: Continuing migrations of connections to new equipment. 

Summary: 
	-Data Center link for the following VLAN's will be migrated. No impact to other Data Center networks that are not listed is expected. 
29, 39, 349, 453, 465, 810

-Uplinks to VoIP infrastructure. Switches IPPHONE1 and IPPHONE2 will be cut over to new switching infrastructure. 

-Campus firewall services will also be cut over to new switching infrastructure. 

-UMPD uplink will be moved. UMPD has requested this be done after 7:00am.
