The only playoff pairing that is firm at this point is Michigan Tech at
Minnesota.  Colorado College or Denver will play at Northern Michigan.
St. Cloud State or Minnesota-Duluth will play at Wisconsin or North
Dakota.

What happens if Tech sweeps and UMD is sweept?  Then they are tied, but Tech
has more wins.
