Here's what I've got:

Worcester:
#1 BC vs. #16 Air Force
#7 UMD vs. #9 BU

Green Bay:
#2 Michigan vs. #13 Cornell
#6 Ferris State vs. #11 Denver

Bridgeport:
#3 Union vs. #15 MSU
#5 Miami vs. #10 Maine

St. Paul
#4 North Dakota vs. #14 Western Michigan
#8 Minnesota vs. #12 Mass-Lowell

I started with the S-curve, and placed the #1 seeds in their appropriate
regionals.
On the #2 line, I moved Minnesota to St. Paul - where they have to go - and
slid everyone else down one.
On the #3 line, I flipped Maine and Denver for attendance reasons. With
three Eastern teams on that line, I don't see Denver going east, and they
can't go to St. Paul because they can't play the Gophers in the first
round. The only thing on this line I'd bet my house on is Denver to Green
Bay.
If attendance comes into play, I think Lowell ends up going west, as BU and
Maine will be seen as bigger draws for Worcester & Bridgeport.
On the #4 line, we have 2 CCHA teams. Air Force, being the 16th seed, plays
#1 BC, while Cornell gets Michigan. Western Michigan and MSU slid into
place from there.

As far as attendance goes, Worcester would probably sell out, St. Paul
would be fine, Green Bay would be about as good as could be expected, and
Bridgeport might be ugly. That might be a reason to consider sliding BU
into Bridgeport and sending Maine to Worcester. What would help Bridgeport
(other than an HEA team in the #3 hole) is Cornell, but it can't be done
with Union as a #1 seed.
