The council has passed the proposal to end scholarships for D-III schools
playing up and sent it to the membership.  :-(  The vote will be in five
months.

I don't know if it will serve any purpose, but there is an on-line petition
against the proposal: http://www.petitiononline.com/NCAAD3/petition.html .
