As I suggested Sunday night, the ECAC
players of the week as taken from the ECAC hockey home page:
 
 
ECAC/CCM Player of the Week
     Brad Tapper, Rensselaer, SO, F (Scarborough,_ONT)
     Scored five of his team's seven goals this weekend as
     the Engineers posted a home sweep.
     Tallied all three goals in a 3-0 win over Yale and
     then netted his team's first two goals in a 4-1 victory against
     Princeton.
 
ECAC/Heaton_Goaltender_of_the_Week
     Joel Laing, Rensselaer, JR (Maryfield,_SASK)
     Earned the honor for the second straight week.
     Blanked Yale 3-0 with 20 saves and then posted 40 saves to
     knock previously unbeaten Princeton
     4-1. Has stopped 110 of the last 112 shots that he has faced.
