Its still early. To put in some presepctive, Colorado hasn't played a
non-conference game yet and North Dakota as well as Denver are 2-0 so far.
Colorado has to be applauded for its great non-conference schedule this
year. It will be quite challenging as they take on the entire HockeyEast
elite of B.C., Maine and UNH. This aside, the elite of the WCHA look to fare
as well as the elite of HockeyEast (who are 8-0-1 combined).

A breakdown of the HockeyEast non-conference schedule is as follows
(courtesy of www.hockeyeastonline.com).

|Hockey East teams have compiled the best non-conference record of
|any of the four major college hockey leagues this season. Hockey
|East teams are 17-10-1 against non-conference competition.
|
|The only one of the four leagues with a losing non-league record
|is the WCHA (8-9). The CCHA is 12-9-2 against teams from other
|leagues, and the ECAC is 14-14.
