Forwards Luke Curtin (Roseville, Minn.) and Chad Remackel (St.
Paul, Minn.) of Team West suffered injuries during the first period
of Wednesday's ice hockey game against Team North at the Denver
Coliseum. Neither was able to return to action.

Preliminary medical reports indicated a separated left shoulder for
Curtin, who plays for the Langley Thunder of the British Columbia
Junior Hockey League. He is listed as "day-to-day" for the
remainder of the tournament.

Remackel, a senior at Colorado College of the Western Collegiate
Hockey Association, suffered a strained medial collateral ligament
in his left knee. He is out for the remainder of the Festival but
is expected to recover completely in two to three weeks.

Updating an injury from Monday's tournament opener, defenseman Jake
Deadmarsh (Fruitvale, B.C.) of Team East suffered a second-degree
concussion and will not return to action this week.
