Randy Exelby,  who made his NHL debut with the Montreal Canadians when
Patrick Roy had to--shall we say-- "poop",  holds the Lake State mark
with 7 saves against UIC,  12/13/85
 
Another interesting note:  Several Laker goalies have not seen a shot in a
period.  Blaine Lacher was the most recent goalie without any business in the
playoffs against Ohio State two years ago.  More notable, Ohio State did not
have an ATTEMPT in that period.  And we are fairly liberal on shots/attempts
here.  NO ATTEMPTS!  What do you tell your team after that period?
