Saurdiff WAS outstanding most of the year as a freshman.  I'm certain he
will be even more so, overall, as a sophomore.  However, he did have a
few bad games in the middle of last season.  Just looks like he was not
at his best in Anchorage last weekend.  Also, although we all emphasize
how much OFFENSE the Wildcats lost when Beattie, Hiller, Drake, Beaufait
and Szabo left, I guess we have to realize you play both ways in hockey.
Those guys, although forwards and centers, weren't slouches at their
part of the defensive game--and besides, they were so good at
controlling the puck, that alone kept a lot of pressure off the goalies,
I'm sure.Corwin be more than all right, I'm confident.
