Those who read USCHO already know this.  (See the article on the USCHO front page.)  I was shocked to get the news, and I'm VERY disappointed in the college (but not surprised, given the change in the campus culture at Canisius the past few years).  Brian's always been an emotional coach, and that has caused him problems, to be sure.  But with 24 loyal years of coaching an under-funded, under-supported team, you'd think he deserved a better ending than what was handed to him.

I could say more, but posting bad language is frowned on.  I don't believe I'll be attending any more Canisius hockey games.
