I signed up for the package at Albany (2000 regionals and 2001 finals) so
that I wouldn't get "frozen out" or put on a waiting list like I was for
Providence 2000.  I got a prompt reply, and lo and behold, the charge has
already hit my credit card.  That means they have my money about NINE MONTHS
before the regionals and a YEAR AND NINE MONTHS before the 2001 finals.
What a racket.  This happen to anybody else?
