Two big upsets and several early goals marked this Friday the 13th for
HockeyEast teams.
 
B.U.'s Carl Corrazini scored 0:28 seconds into their game with UNH although
the Wildcats went on to outshoot the Terriers 15-1 the rest of the period.
The game ended up tied 2-2.
 
U.M.A.'s Kris Wallis scored 0:21 seconds into their game with Maine although
the Black Bears went on to outshoot the Minutemen 17-0 the rest of the
period. The game ended with Amherst upsetting Maine 2-1 on a shorthanded
goal by Jeff Blanchard in the second period although Maine outshot Amherst
44-12.
 
Providence's Fernando Pisani scored 0:24 into their game with UMD, and the
Friars scored again at 1:51, 2:31 and 3:05 with the Bulldogs adding one at
1:04. P.C. ended up winning 7-2.
 
Northeastern's Sean MacDonald scored only 0:18 seconds into overtime in the
night's second upset, this time with the B.C. Eagles falling as prey. (Game
