The ECAC doesn't use league victories at all at the Div. I level.  Several of
the ECAC Div. III leagues use it, as do the ECAC women, but Div. I does not.
 
I think I've got the ECAC's three-or-more-team tiebreaker about as conclusive
as it's gonna get... watch this space for details...
