Can someone clarify for me the Hockay East playoff format,  specifically:
 
1. Is the 9th place team eliminated, or is there still a play-in game?
 
2. Are the quarterfinals a 2 of 3 or single-game elimination.
 
Just trying to assess the playoff chances of my 7th-place Wildcats.
