One more note on hockey songs. Kinky Friedman, "Under the Double Ego" has
a cut called "Skatin' on Thin Ice" which has some very nice hockey and
skating metaphors.
 
This is the same Kinky Friedman of "Kinky Friedman and the Texas
Jewboys."
