In the Pioneer Press,Charley Walters reports that Murray Oliver,
now working in the Vancouver system, was impressed after seeing former
Gopher Joe Dziedzic play with the Cleveland Lumberjacks.

Hopefully if the NHL would ever resolve their problems, Joe would get more
playing time due to the fact that many Penguins are playing out the holdout
in Cleveland, therefore reducing the playing time of others, including Joe.
