In the US Hockey Hall of Fame exhibition game, played at the DECC in Duluth,
Wisconsin beat Minnesota-Duluth by a score of 6-4.  The game was tied 4-4
late in the third period, but goals 1:53 apart by Mickey Elick and Mike
Strobel gave the game to the Badgers.
 
The same teams play tonight in the first WCHA conference game of the season.
