The Lakers' loss on Friday was to Western Michigan at the Soo.
 
From latest reports (on Hockey-L) a few days ago, Lacher was in the hospital
in Petoskey, MI with an unexplained illness.
 
As far as Lake Superior being a Final Four contender, you can never really
tell how good they are in February.  But when March rolls around, expect them
to be at the top of their game as they usually are.  Some of us are just
hoping that LSSU's current streak of inconsistency lasts through next weekend.
