You need to consider both the USA and Canadian teams, since I think some
of the Canadian team players we US college players.
 
However, I think a fair number of the olympic team players had already
graduated and couldn't play this year anyway. You'd have to go through
the olympic team rosters, both final rosters and mid-season rosters since
players who did not make the final team were lost to college teams for
most or all of the season. Since I don't have this info, I won't speculate.
