so you, like me, got your ID in March, 2004 (a year ago)

actually, you should only count the interest as the $600 is earmarked
for the tickets irrespective of whether you pay them now or pay them
later.

The REAL issue is the "secondary market" and speculation issue. It
just rankles that people with higher priority than me (cuz I bought as
part of a block a coluple of times) are getting "better" seats, and
then selling them to people with NO priority.
