Hello All:
Why does nothing about the actions of the ECAC administration surprise
me anymore? I think to qualify as a MAJOR conference you need to act
like you think you are one (even if you really arent).
In this case, the conference administration is acting like it isnt a
major conference. I would hope the powers to be get this sense of
irritation from the conference fans (and hopefully the schools
themselves) and either shape up or migrate to a hockey only league.
Perhaps split into two leagues 6 ivies and 6 non-ivies, the latter
could add schools like Quinn, etc, to maybe get up to 8. Or maybe just
remain all togehter in a 12 team league, 2 divisions? Who knows, but
almost anything would be better than this Mickey Mouse approach.
