The WCHA easily takes the cake in the ratings game. ECAC comes in a
respectable second and the other two finish some distance behind.
Here's the latest per/team averages according to league.
 
                 Avg.               Avg.
League     CCHP Ranking      KRACH Ranking
WCHA            16.3               16.3
ECAC            21.3               19.1
HE              23.8               23.9
CCHA            22.8               26.5
 
Now, inter-league play ( or the lack of ) must figure in here somehow,
but I can't seem to see how.
