As reported on radio station WGLQ-FM 97 this morning, Coach and AD Rick
Comley of Northern Michigan University stated that the executive council
"tabled" NMU's request for admission to the CCHA yesterday.  According
to Comley, with all the talk regarding Alaska schools, Makato State,
Nebraska-Omaha, the CCHA wanted to wait and talk to the WCHA, and
"get a feel for the bigger picture."
 
Not sure if more (or less) will be decided at the respective league
meetings, or if there is an overall Division I Hockey annual meeting?
