Relative to the comments on no NCAA championship hockey in the April 8 issue
of SI;
I noted the same thing, that my Alma Mater was not mentioned in SI, but I
took great pleasure in the fact that Army goalie Daryl Chamberlain had his
picture and a short writeup In the SI "Faces in the Crowd" section. My thanks
to SI. See, all it matters is your perspective. Daryl happens to be my son.

PS; the Detroit Free Press. on Sunday, had a special on the UMichigan Hockey
team focusing on 4 players  who lived together on campus. The focus was on
how little the players and team are recognized on campus and in classroom
since Hockey although drawing true  hockey fans does not get high level of
general coverage when it goes uo against the so called "big" sports; football
and basketball.
