From my viewpoint: (comment are my own..only stats are official)
First period started with each team feeling each other out, SCS in
the edge with a bit more agressive attack. Much of the play was in the
UND end for quite a while.
Both teams were late getting out of the locker rooms for the second
half. Gino must have turned on the heat, 'cause the Sioux came on like
gangbusters. SCS just seemed to have let the steam out. O'Hara was
repeatedly threatened in the period by slashing attacks that were set
up by well executed passes.
The third period showed SCS tiring a bit, and the Sioux easing back
a bit. The Ward-Eisenhut-Johnson combo clicked for two well timed goals
in the front half of the period.

There was quite a bit of haggling over assists, extending over late after
the finish of the game. One goal's assists was changed by the WCHA observer.
(that the reason for the revised...bit)

The Sioux showed much better spirit with Romaniuk well and skating
at his form.

Sorry for getting this out late, but I had to work tonight. Stats
from the previous 4 games should be avail early in the week (I have
to dig them out), and Sat's game will be entered in on Monday.
(It's a military weekend..sigh)
