BU senior goalie Derek Herlofsky was taken to the hospital yesterday
        after suffereing a deep 5-6'' gash in his right leg when a fellow
        Terrier's skate blade found its way past the leg padding, cutting
        him in the quadricep area.
 
        Herlofsky was no xx not scheduled to start tonight as part of
        a rotation with freshman Tom Noble, but he remains out
        indefinitely.
