*What is happening?On Sunday, July 1, 2018, from 5 a.m. - 6 a.m., US:IT
Staff will be performing a non-disruptive upgrade of the application load
balancer environment supporting multiple enterprise services.The major
enterprise web services utilize the enterprise service load balancer are: -
UMS Single Sign-On - MaineStreet- MyCampus Portal*

*Due to the redundancy in the load balancer environment, no service outages
are expected during this maintenance. *



*Why is this work necessary?This maintenance will upgrade to the latest
vendor supported release.  Regular upgrades of the enterprise service load
balancer are also required to ensure that members of the UMS community
remain protected from newly discovered security threats.If there are any
questions or concerns related to this non-disruptive maintenance, please
