Does anyone (John Whelan???) have software that can be used on a desktop PC
to compute an RPI and, optionally, a PWR for a league given a similar set of
criteria currently used by the NCAA?

We're (I) thinking of putting together an RPI to aid in ranking our local HS
teams.
