Heres a little discussion I need solved - this is based on the Montreal
- Quebec game last night. The situation was during a face-off, Patrick
Roy was adjusting his equipment when he realized the official had dropped
the puck, before he could get his blocker pad and stick set, Quebec
scored. The arguement is : WHO is responsible to make sure that the
goalie (or any other player) is "set"? Does the official have to make
sure that the goalie is ready or does the goalie have to inform the
officials that he is making an equipment adjustment? Thanks
